기술 및 자격 요건: 주니어 파사드 컨설턴트
1. 내국인 또는 외국인, 그리고 국내 또는 국외 석사학위
2. 건축 또는 파사드 설계 및 상세 설계 분야 경력 0-3년
3. 건물 시스템 및 Physics에 대한 이해와 관심도
4. 기술 컨설팅 회사 경험은 우대
5. 2D 상세 도면 개발을 위한 AutoCAD 및 Computational Design 위한 Visual Script 활용 능력 필수
6. 뛰어난 그래픽 표현 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
7. Revit, Grasshopper, LBNL Therm/BISCO/Flixo 사용 경험은 우대 사항
8. 정확한 서면 및 구두 의사소통 능력
9. 정교한 디테일 관리 능력
10. 주도적이고 적극적이며 협업적인 업무 방식

6. Strand7 또는 유사한 FEA 패키지 사용 능력 필수
7. 정확한 서면 및 구두 의사소통 능력
8. 정교한 엔지니어링 결과물 관리 능력

VIA Seoul is a design and technical consultancy specializing in building envelope systems and materials. Drawing on extensive experience across projects of varying scales and programs, we provide comprehensive façade services, including geometry rationalization, panelization, optimization, design coordination, and the automation of fabrication and assembly information.
Our in-house experts in technical design, engineering, materials, procurement, and software work closely with architects, clients, contractors, and fabricators on projects ranging from art installations to high-rise buildings. VIA is currently seeking talented and highly motivated Façade Consultants and Engineers to support our growing façade design and development team.

Technical Skills & Qualifications: Junior Façade Consultant
1. Korean or foreign national with a Master’s degree from a university in Korea or abroad
2. 0–3 years of experience in architecture, façade design, or detailed design
3. Strong interest in and working knowledge of building systems and building physics
4. Experience at a technical consulting firm is preferred
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD for developing 2D detail drawings and visual scripting tools for computational design is required
6. Excellent graphic presentation and communication skills
7. Experience with Revit, Grasshopper, and thermal analysis software such as LBNL THERM, BISCO, or Flixo is preferred
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and clarity
9. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex design information
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work
11. Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
12. Business-level English proficiency

Technical Skills & Qualifications: Junior Structural Designer / Engineer
1. Korean or foreign national with a Master’s degree from a university in Korea or abroad
2. 0–3 years of experience in structural engineering
3. Strong technical fundamentals and an in-depth understanding of building performance and engineering principles
4. Strong interest in structural design supported by engineering calculations and analysis
5. Proficiency in visual scripting tools for computational engineering is required
6. Proficiency in Strand7 or a comparable FEA software package is required
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and clarity
8. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce and manage high-quality engineering deliverables
9. Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach to work
10. Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
11. Business-level English proficiency
